                             MoveRel procedure

  DECLARATION:  MoveRel(Dx, Dy : Integer);

      PURPOSE:  Moves the current pointer (CP) a relative distance from
                its current position.

         UNIT:  Graph

      REMARKS:  The current pointer will be moved (Dx,Dy) distance from
                its current location.

 RESTRICTIONS:  Must be in graphics mode.
